Falling Tree Endangers Old Woman's Life - 9th Jul, 2011

9th Jul, 2011 - A tree fell down in a heavy rain and pressing a wooden house, an old lady and 77 other family members stayed inside. The old lady nad his siblings had been living there for 60 years, and the roof was torn and the area flooded whenever rain falling heavily. The family member had contacted the DBKL to remove the falling tree, but was told to pay RM5,000 to appoint a contractor to chop off the tree. MCA 1Malaysia Task Force Team made a visit to the location, team leader Banie Chin already made an arrangement for the family to move into flat units.
