Developer Becomes Land Owner - 22nd Jul, 2011

22nd Jul, 2011 - The local residents repeatedly failed to get land title after many years of efforts, but the developer got it approved within short period of time. The 7 households from Jalan Chan Sow Lin 3 were ordered to move by 17th, July, before the demolition work begins. The developer has compensated the land owner with the amount touching RM 2 million, but the land owner didn't pay the residents of the 7 households. MCA 1Malaysia Task Force Team made a visit to the area, team leader Banie Chin has urged SPRM and Prime Minister's Department to look into the matter.
