On the Government’s decision to give amnesty to illegal foreign workers, the MCA Presidential Council is of the view that the Government should conduct a more in-depth study and come out with terms and conditions as well as the procedure of legalisation to prevent the abuse of the programme by unscrupulous parties or agents.
