Group Application for Grant - 31st Mar, 2011

31st Mar, 2011 - A group of 30 residents from Salak South Kampung Baru has reapplied the grant for the land where they stay, the 1Malaysia Task Force Team - FT has expressed the local people should have the privilege to get the grant. And the team has sent a letter to the KL Land Office to bring up the issue, and to follow-up the matter.

Plight of A Family - 28th Mar, 2011

28th Mar, 2011 - A family did not pay rent for a year and was locked inside by the landlord, the electricity supply was cut off. The father has no stable income and jobless most of the time, and the mother suffered from depression. Their eldest daughter has already stopped going to school, and they all had 2 meals in a day only. The 1Malaysia Task Force Team - FT has contributed cash of RM1,000.00 to the family, and will find a new place in Kepong or Jinjang area for this family to settle in.

Salak South illegal Squatters - 20th Mar, 2011

20th Mar, 2011 - 4 individuals suspected collaborating with government officers have already obtained grant for the lands occupied by illegal squatters, even though the local residents failed to get the grant approved after many years of efforts. But these 4 individuals managed to get the grant with very short period of time, presumably involved corruption and collaboration with the authorities. The 1Malaysia Task Force Team, FT has urged the local residents to report the matter to the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (SPRM).

Skim Prihatin Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan - 13th Mar, 2011

13th Mar, 2011 - If the registered members under the Skim Prihatin Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan pass away, their beneficiaries will be getting the compassionate fund of RM2,500.00 and it will be issued within 24 hours. The Skim Prihatin Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan was launched in Aug, 2010, and within 7 months it has already enrolled 10,748 members.

Bandar Tasik Selatan Bus Terminal - 13th Mar, 2011

13th Mar, 2011 - Lacking of Chinese and Tamil language signboards at Bandar Tasik Selatan Bus Terminal caused inconvenience to the passengers both local and foreign tourists from China and India, therefore it didn't fulfill the concept of 1Malaysia. The 1Malaysia Task Force Team - FT has submitted the memo to the Prime Minister Department, SPAD and Welfare Department of FT to request assistance in this matter.

DBKL to Improve Road Condition in Jalan Alor - 11th Mar, 2011

11th Mar, 2011 - DBKL already agreed to upgrade the road condition in Jalan Alor, I personally held a press conference to announce this, the DBKL will double the frequency of rubbish collection from previously only once a day. And followed by tackling drainage problems, hopefully all these activities will make Jalan Alor a nice food centre.

High Return Scam - 11th Mar, 2011

11th Mar, 2011 - A syndicate believed to have swindled about RM20 millions with their "chain store concept", again rolled out a plan similar to Malaysian Portal myeg.com.my with start-up capital of RM17,000 for each individual interested to invest. They even rented premise at MCA Plaza to hold talk to persuade people to join their scheme, the 1Malaysia Task Force Team Force held a press conference to inform the public this matter. Kelantan Lottery Ban , I Support Appealing to the Court - 8th Mar, 2011

8th Mar, 2011 - The PAS-led Kelantan Government’s decision to extend its ban on gambling in the state to the Big Sweep lottery tickets has gone too far, the 1Malaysia Task Force Team strongly behind the move to bring this matter to the Court. We don't encourage or support gambling, but the state government doesn't respect the basic rights of the non-Muslims in Kelantan.

Tuition Class Caning - 6th Mar, 2011

6th Mar, 2011 - A little girl was caned in a tuition class because she couldn't answer a question asked by a tutor, and she was punished by caning. After returning home, the parents found bruises and wounds and headed to the 1Malaysia Task Force Team, MCA FT to seek for justice.

Red Identity Card Issue - 6th Mar, 2011

6th Mar, 2011 - Due to the technical errors in the processing of IC renewal, a retired technician's blue IC mistakenly turned into Red IC. As a result, the international passport application was rejected. The 1Malaysia Task Force Team -MCA FT has urged the JPN to reissue the correct IC.

2nd Mar, 2011 - 1Malaysia Task Force Team, MCA FT issues compassionate fund to the people regardless of their race under 1Malaysia Spirit. This compassionate fund program is opened to residents of Wilayah Persekutuan, KL between the age from 21 to 75.

28th Feb, 2011 - MCA President Dato Sri Dr.Chua Soi Lek said the party won't be asking for more constituencies in order to focus on the existing ones, also 1Malaysia Task Force Team was announced and formed to serve the people.

23th Feb, 2011 - MCA President Dato Sri Chua Soi Lek stressed the importance of unity in the party, those who failed to win any post in the party during the last party election shouldn't rush for the upcoming party election. Instead, everybody should work together for the benefit of the party.

Rat Campaign in Taman OUG - 24th Jan, 2011

24th Jan, 2011 - Rat problem already disturbed the residents in Taman OUG, as such 1Malaysia Task Force Team - MCA FT, DBKL and the local people came forward to eradicate the rats. We have done this a few times already, and we also urge the local residents not to throw rubbish into the drains as it would clog up and indirectly causing rat problems. Local people are encouraged to take care of their own environment.

Promote Hygiene-Conscious Campaign in Bukit Bintang - 23th Jan, 2011

23th Jan, 2011 - In order to upgrade the living standard of the hawkers and local people, myself and MCA 1Malaysia Task Force Team - FT joined hand with DBKL launching the hygiene-conscious campaign. Around 600 people participated in this activity cleaning up the streets in Bukit Bintang areas, and I believe such campaign can cultivate hygiene-consciousness on everybody's mind and everybody should live in a healthy environment.

Jalan Alor Hawkers - 15th Jan, 2011

15th Jan, 2011 - The hawkers of Jalan Alor were unhappy when City Hall confiscated their tables and chairs place by the roadside. As we all know, Jalan Alor is a tourist spot where foreign and local people frequent. The hawkers suggested to seal off the entire Jalan Alor, while the residents objected because it might cause inconvenience to them. The MCA FT held a meeting to resolve this issue, and urged the hawkers and the Hawker Association to settle the matter once and for all.

Problems faced by Tun Razak Flats' Residents - 30th Nov, 2010

30th Nov 2010, I personally went to Tun Razak Flats to meet the residents over there. I checked and surveyed the areas where rats and pipes leakage problems occurred, I talked to the residents to resolve the issues.

Watak Utama dari Hong Kong termasuk《关海山》;《陈观泰》;《小麒麟 - 李小龙师弟》《钟小棠》;《麦德和》. Malaysia pula ada Nancy Foo; Rafidah -Allahyarham Tan Sri P. Ramlee. Filem ini adalah kerjasama antara Malaysia dan HongKong.

Pertengahan 1987   Selaku Pengarah Filem 《The Furious Immigrants 虎城勇探之怒海人球》, semasa itu berusia 21 tahun; dikurniakan Pengarah Filem yang paling muda ketika itu.

1989           Kembali ke Kelantan untuk menolong ayah dalam perniagaan balak, juga berkongsi dengan rakan menjalani kilang papan. Menyertai MCA ketika itu.

1995           Menceburi bidang jualan langsung, menyertai syarikat Cosway. Dalam bulan pertama, berjaya menaja seramai 700 ahli baru, dan adalah rekod terbaik masa itu.

                  Pernah ke 6 buah negara untuk memberi ucapan dan latihan kepada downline, menguruskan rangkaian terbesar di Thailand, meliputi 70% jumlah ahli Cosway di negara tersebut.
                  6 buah Negara adalah: Malaysia, Singapura, Indonesia, Filipina, Thailand dan Brunei.

                  Pada tahun 1998 mulai ambil kursus MBA – Marketing MLM Distance Learning. Dan memperolehi ijazah tersebut pada 11/2001.

2001          Menceburi perniagaan Audio Hi-FI. Mula aktif di arena politik di MCA Bahagian Bukit Bintang.

1987        担任 <虎城勇探之怒海人球> 电影导演, 担任该片执行导演, 当年才21岁, 是全马最年轻的导演。


1989        回吉兰丹话望生协助父亲从事木材业。也曾经在吉隆坡与友人合作经营板厂; 加人马华公会。

1995        从事传销事业; 加入Cosway大家庭; 刚加入的第一个月; 创了Cosway公司记录; 成功在一个月内保荐超过700人加入Cosway.到过6个国家进行传销演说及陪训下线; 当时是泰国Cosway最大的组织; 控制70%泰国Cosway的组织网络. 到过演说的国家包括: 马来西亚; 新加坡; 印尼; 菲律宾; 泰国及汶莱。

                  Been to 6 countries to deliver speech and train downlines, controlled 70% of the total members in Thailand. Was the biggest Cosway group back then. Travelled to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Brunei to give speech.
