Promising Young Chap Killed in Robbery -- 5th October, 2011
5th October, 2011 -- A promising youngster was killed in a robbery in Taman Mutiara Cheras while on his way to his home, the incident happened after he completed his gym workout session. He was stabbed in his heart while attempted to resist the robbers. The Team Leader of MCA 1Malaysia Task Force Team, Banie Chin has urged the Home Minister and police force to speed up the investigation and to arrest the murderer.

Victim of a Falling Brick -- 5th October, 2011
5th October, 2011 -- A Young Lady was hit by a falling brick in Changkat Thambi Dollah, the incident happened when the MCA 1Malaysia Task Force Team was tackling the problem in the same area. The team found source of the falling brick was an near-completion construction, but without safety net putting up. The Deputy Team Leader of MCA 1Malaysia Task Force Team Frankie Gan Joon Zin contacted the DBKL to take further action.
Changkat Thambi Dollah's Sewage Problem -- 5th October, 2011
5th October, 2011 -- Everytime when it rained heavily for more than an hour, the sewage from the backlanes would flow into the shoplots in Changkat Thambi Dollah. Most of the businesses operated are restaurant or food related, business owners claimed the authorities didn't clean up the drains since 3 years ago. The Deputy Team Leader of MCA 1Malaysia Task Force Team Frankie Gan Joon Zin indicated that DBKL had already allocated the fund to upgrade the drainage system, and he urged the business owners to put the dust bins.

21st Sept, 2011 -- A scholar applied for a vacancy at the Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Royal Police Training College after finishing her master degree course, but was told application rejected with reason being her mother was a Chinese. And unless her mother went for divorce or passed away, then only her application would be considered. She was unable to find a job and the application for the doctorate scholarship didn't look promising at all. The MCA 1Malaysia Task Force Team's Deputy Leader Frankie Gan urged the 1Malaysia Eduction Fund to look into the matter.

Hudud is catalyst to more crime, Karpal claims
October 31, 2011 -- DAP chairman Karpal Singh has claimed the implementation of hudud will usher more crime, as criminals will not be easily convicted in Islamic courts due to its stringent requirements.
“If you have hudud law, it would be impossible to have a conviction. It would give free reign for criminals because it would be impossible to prove a case to the point of certainty,” he told a press conference here, today.
